We recognize that trust is to be built.  Initially we often start on small projects on an hourly basis or with our Manage My Tech service.  Then a comfort level builds as we provide value to the business.

We have customers we have done business with for nearly 20 years.  The most frequent reason we lose a customer is that they retire or the company is sold.  In one situation, we supported a company that went through four different sets of owners.  Former customers have also been invited us back because they knew we offered a fair value, were conscientious and trustworthy.
